Terms and Condtions of Courses and Bookings

  1. All bookings should be made on a booking form by use of the web booking system, e-mail, post or fax.

  2. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

  3. Payment should be made at least 10 days prior to commencement of the course, in Pounds sterling.

  4. Abal reserves the right to refuse admittance to delegates for whom the course fee has not been paid.

  5. Attending a Abal Training course is no guarantee of employment within the security industry.

  6. Refunds will be made as follows for cancellations received in writing:

    At least 7 days prior to a course - 100% of cost.

    5 days prior to a course - 50% of cost.

    Less than 5 days prior to a course - no refund    .
  1. Failure to attend without notice will result in the full course fees being applied.
  2. Candidate substitutions may not be made at any time on all courses described.
  3. We reserve the right to amend fees and modify course materials or substitute trainers without notice.
  4. For all late payments we will charge £40 per invoice plus 12% interest from the date the invoice is due for payment as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act of 1998
